Mein Lösungsansatz:
Are you coming this evening?
Sandra: Are you coming to the clubhouse tonight?
We are going to have a new women's team next year, and we want to meet us everyboy to talk about the details.
Julia:Sorry, but I can't do it. I'll be go to the choir tonight. We will have rehearsed with the orchestra for the concert on saturday. It will get annoyance if I am not going to go there.
Sandra: What time is starting your rehearsal?
Julia: At half part eight. It is going to end at 9.00 p.m. or 9.30 p.m. At this time your dicussion will already be offer.
Sandra: I don't think so! We are metting us until at 8.30 p.m. If you are coming after your rehearsal to the clubhouse than will the dicussion still be in full swing.
Julia: Alright. I'm coming as soon as the rehearsal will be offer.
Bitte um Korrekturlesen und Erklärung, was, wieso falsch ist.

Hier meine Korrekturen udn Kommentare. Einfache Schreibfehler habe ich ohne Kommentar im Text rot markiert.
Eine Bemerkung: es geht hier ja um einen Dialog, da kann man manches sagen, was man in der Schriftsprache so nicht machen würde.

"us everybody" kannst du nicht schreiben. Das wäre im Deutschen etwa "wir wollen uns jeden treffen".
"sich treffen" kannst du mit "to meet" übersetzen, das "sich" steckt im englischen Verb mit drin. Daher:
...and we all want to meet in order to talk ...

"will be go" ist falsch. entweder: "will be going" oder einfach "will go".

Warum Futur II? Du sagst damit "Wir werden geprobt haben", nicht "Wir (werden) proben". Also einfaches Futur:
"We will rehearse ..."

"It will get annoyance" -- sehr schlecht. Besser:
"There will be trouble..."
Dann: "going to go" ist grammatikalisch OK, klingt aber schlecht. Ich würde daher sagen:
"...if I'm not going"

"What time" geht nicht. "At what time" wäre möglich. Aber warum nicht einfach:
"When will your rehearsal start?"

offer = anbieten, Angebot
Sonst ist der Satz OK. Etwas besser:
It will probably end at 9 or half past 9. At that time your meeting will surely be over.

Auch hier ist das "us" zuviel, und "until" heißt "bis", nicht "um".
"We will meet at 8:30"
Simple future when die Zeitangabe Beginn oder Ende der Handlung markiert.

Das Wort "than" = "als" verstehe ich nicht. Meinst du "then"?
Ansonsten stimmt die Satzstellung nicht. In der ersten Hälfte gehört die Zeitangabe an den Schluss (Faustregel für's Englische: erst die Ortsangabe, dann die Zeitangabe):
If you are coming to the clubhouse after your rehearsal ...
und in der zweiten Hälfte kommt das Hilfsverb "will" erst nach dem Subjekt "the discussion":
... the discussion will still be in full swing.
